“Caution! This is not Country Inn and Suites. I got a good nights sleep.”

“Clean room. No elevator. Limited breakfast. For the price it is good. Downtown Omaha near everything. Would stay again.”

“Toilet, shower and sink were clean. Bed sheets had over a dozen hairs in it. Toilet barely flushed. Bedside tables and desk surfaces weren’t clean. Floors weren’t clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee quality was poor. Won’t be coming back.”

“The hotel was very clean. I stayed for five days and they had everything that I needed. The staff was very friendly especially a man at the front desk named Reddy. I stayed in a suite. It was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was very quiet as well so you and your family can get some rest. The hotels in a great location if you are doing any events in the downtown area it’s just a few minutes away. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Very clean place, comfortable beds, very warm pool wish they had a hot tub but made up for it with a warm pool and had there pool towels stocked up most of the time I go to a hotel with a pool they never have there towels stocked. Id definitely stay here again, staff were super friendly and helpful ! Was noisey with interstate and hotel rooms which im sorry cause I know my daughter was extremely tired and was crying when I had to step out of my room to get something out if my car and she want...

“Only interacted with one staff member who was excellent. He prepared the breakfast included in the room rate - not a typical menu. Excellent eggs, biscuits and gravy, very friendly, provided me a complimentary upgrade to a two room suite. Beyond my expectations”

“The cleanliness of this hotel was phenomenal! All of the staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Special kudos to "Savannah" who answered my first call to the hotel, and proceeded to help me with any requests we had after arriving. This hotel is the first one I have ever experienced that offered requests via text messages! The pool was a bit cool at first but my daughter said she felt warmer the longer she was in there. “Room was clean. Had a trundle bed, WHICH WAS NICE FOR THE KIDS. My only issue was breakfast, lots of waiting, nothing convenient about it. Also said it had a hot tub, but it did not.”
